Installing Flash Plugin and Player

You can get both the plugin and player from Macromedia's Site
The Active-X Plugin can be downloaded here - this will allow your Internet Explorer browser to run Flash
The Flash Player can be downloaded here - this will allow you to test out Flash without putting onto a web page and using the browser
